Yoga with Rebecca

Various days and sessions (see Diary)
I share and teach yoga suitable for all. We use some props and equipment so that the practice is accessible. The sessions aim to create strength, flexibility and enjoyment, not forgetting some relaxation at the end of every session. For me, the practice of yoga brings people back to their breath, body and mind; I love to share the wellbeing this brings in my sessions.
